I think bomb alert was mentioned here at all? I hate guitar solos even normally like the plague. Not for nothing (and others) were so punk. But just here and there are also in the punk music laudable exceptions where it will fit easily. And one of these exceptions is this nice little song, where it is actually the last minute and a half fiddled most pleasant way.
