Christmas Elves Workshop

What has Mount Everest to do with Christmas?

What does Mount Everest has to do with Christmas?

These pictures show two small stolen unfortunately not the sublime power of this almost impregnable giant. The last few days reminded me of my desk more and more to a non-adjustable creative peak. Time is running it, there is a harsh climate, my climbing partner to help me with wise sayings from stage to stage, the air is thin up there and I bite my teeth together firmly to hold on. I do not want the poor victims of this mountain belong, their lives were there in the eternal ice.

These two photos do not really show you the full power of these giants unscalable. In the past few days, my desk has been resembling to unreachable summit. Time goes by, the weather turns rough front, my climbing partner helps me along from on stage to the other with dicta of wisdom, the air gets thinner above and I grit my teeth and hold on through. I do not want to become one of the poor victims of this mountain who left their lives there in the eternal ice.

The struggle with my self-imposed to-do list to feel like the equivalent of the Iron-Man. Trained wrists, calluses on the Fingers and the will to persevere and win. Comes the familiar? Let the next Christmas Knitting-Woman-Awards? But please, not as a venue for the foot of Mount Everest!

The fight with my own to-do list feels like a training to become the next Iron Man. Trained sleek wrists win, calluscs on the fingers and the will to hold and hrough. Does that seem familiar to you? Are we going to do the Knitting Woman awards before next Christmas? But please, do not use the steps of Mount Everest as the competing grounds!

Black socks for a special master. This is the true sister love to get dinner with new reading glasses and still half-blind down countless fallen stitches to back up. Another proof of greater love: He can not tell how bad it was.

Black socks for a special Mister. This is the true sister-love: Picking up stitches uncountable fall blindly in the evening in spite of the new reading glasses. And even a bigger proof of love: Not to tell him how bad it was.

cuffs with a pattern I have of Marion, she got it again from a friend and somewhere on the net I read that "Bremer pattern"? means. It knits easily, but has an enormous three-dimensional effect. Chapeau before the inventors in! I crocheted as a decoration or on small antique silver beads.

Wrist warmers with a pattern that I got from Marion. She in turn got it from a girl friend and I read from somewhere in the net that it is called "pattern Bremer. It's an easy knit, but it has a great effect 3-D. Chapeau for the creater! I crocheted the antique silver beads on as decoration.

3. Base camp reached: (how many base camps are actually on Mount Everest?)

3rd base camp reached: (? How many are there really base camp on Mount Everest)

This is the familiar "blossom feet" are in a new color scheme. A vinous pumpkin, served with blackberry, Rose Red and a few small swab moss green. As always with my images actually somewhat decent.

This is our old friend "Blossom Feet" in a new color combination. A bit of "Pumpkin," and with it "blackberry", "Rose Red" and a bit of moss-green droplets. Like all of my photos, it looks more decent in the reality.

4th Base camp reached: The air is thin and my sherpas in the form of chocolate or other pick-me-makers stayed in base camp 3 back

4th base camp reached : The air becomes thinner and my "Sherpa "in the form of chocolate or other happy-makers were left in the 3rd base camp.

I know it is boring, the second red wrap. This time, however appropriate and tomorrow he goes on a trip to New Zealand. Hi Elizabeth, how are you?

I know it's getting boring with The second red wrap. This time it fits and it's going off on a trip to New Zealand. Hi Elizabeth, how are you?

all I managed yet and slowly it becomes critical, starting tomorrow as my fingers to count the days. The numbers on my advent calendar every day threatening me also hang in mind. Weggehört children, by my calendar, we already have 18 (empty).

I can not manage any more than that and it's slowly becoming critical. From tomorrow on, I can count the days on my fingers. The numbers on my Advent Calendar by roll threateningly before my eyes. Kids, do not listen to this: On my calendar, we already have the 18th (alsready empty)

Actually, I'm so not so much knitting, if small Ida would have grown so quickly and I would not again start the RVO jackets. In Sauerlach where Niklausdult, a woman showed me a green Erstlingsjackerl like this with a hood. That was such a cute little midget outfit that was left of the mushroom under the midget is. Kismet? To be the next green?

Actually I do not have that much knitting to do any more work, if it were not for the little Ida growing up so fast and if I would not even have to re-start the RVO-jacket again. At the Nikolausdult in Sauerlach a lady showed me a green primer jacket, like this one, with a hood. It was such a cute little midget outfit .... only missing the flying mushroom under Which the midget would be resting. Kismet? Should the next one be green?

Well then there is still a wave sound unfinished. It is the peacock tail pattern in garter stitch knitted with a light and a dark Raku-Regenbogen. Is the weak point "only" with even the I-cord fringe flowers. Not an unusual phenomenon for me, when it reaches the end leaves me the incentive.

Well, then there is the unfinished Wave Scarf. It's the Feather and Fan pattern using garter stitch in a light and dark version of Raku-Regenbogen. It's making problem "only" on the fringes with I-Cord flowers. Not that unusual a phenomenon with me: As fast as the finishing line is approaching, so the incentive would leave me.

Finally, my eternal work, a lot of little sweaters that did not make it to the wreath. Worth it anyway, especially as this year I do not even own an Advent wreath. The obvious idea was the Christmas tree, therefore I should just like to scarves and hats and mini-mitts.

And last, my eternal work: All these tiny sweater that did not make it to the Advent wreath. It's not even worth it anyway, since I do not even have a wreath this year. The next closest idea what the Christmas tree, but for that I would still need scarves, hats and mini-mittens.

Next year, same time, we continue to talk!

We'll talk again, same time, next year!

before I play but a little gingerbread game at www.klickolaus.de

For the mean time I'm going to play a bit of the ginger bread game at

How To Extend Outlets After Tiling

Mobius Wrap Recipe

I have finally "him" is ready and needs a proper name for my Mobius Wrap. In view of the mishap, which was revealed after the bind off, I tend to 'double toe loop "or" double Rittberger. As I stated at the Blossom Feet Sun kess:
"if it looks like silky, flexible ...."?

Finally I finished "it"! And now I need a proper name for my Moebius Wrap.
Because of the mishap that came with the cast-off, I'm leaning towards the names "Two-time Toe Loop" or "Double-Knigth Salvager. Like I have noted with my perkily Blossom Feet:
"When it does not seem like so, then be flexible ..."?

Not quite as elegant as the ice turned out to be a double knot in my new, oops! How I managed that I'm still not entirely clear, but it happened. With much optimism, of course, I recognize immediately the benefits that resulted from this. The thing holding a thing of the separators from sliding down and bust forever. I can drape it like I like it (just not me) and back to me is an episode from Forrest Gump
a "shit happens".
Very well, if you trust me with my guide, achtet bitte auf das Schließen der Anschlagrunde und vergewissert Euch bitte bei seriösen Möbius-Strickanleitungen.

Not as elegant as ice-skating...my new one turned out with two twists - oops! How I got around to that is still not very clear to me but it happened. With a lot of optimism I however recognised immediately the advantages that came with it. The thing finally holds on to your breasts and doesn't constantly slip down. I can drape it as I want (and not only on myself) and then I can remember another episode from Forrest Gump: "Shit happens".
Oh well, if you trust me on my instructions, then please watch out when you're joining to knit in the round and do some research on other proper Moebius instructions.

Before we start really, we should use the one-row button holes to the FF:
Take the test button holes Remnants of yarn, this button holes separated only with difficulty.
For Probefleckerl, we knit 20 or more stitches, and a few rows to keep enough mass in the hands, we can skip us.
For the first 10 stitches buttonholes, to put it in the middle, to knit five stitches. This is the pole position for the start: Before we begin

, we should be able to do the one-row button holes first: Take some waste yarn for the sample button holes, button holes are generated because rally hard to frog. For this sample, we'll cast-on stitches and knit about 20 + for a few rows, so that we have enough fabric to hold in the hand, On which we can experiment. For the first 10 button-hole stitch, 5 stitches will be knit so that it will sit in the middle. This is the pole position for the beginning:

first stitch as to knit left-lift. The thread is in front of the needle and is guided around the front stitch left around to be between this and the following stitch left hanging behind. We applaud this thread not look at everything and keep him no longer in his hand. front

Slip the first stitch purl-wise with the yarn in. The yarn will be wrapped around the fron of the slipped stitch and will be come to rest in the back, between this slipped stitch and the next un-knit stitch. We're not going to bother with this yarn anymore and wants to leave it hanging there.

Our first stitch is bound off on the next stitch, in which we simply go about it. In exactly the same way we deal with ten stitches.
is now turned over the garment, the forgotten little thread is left of us. We take it up again and stand on the left hand needle between the last and second last stitch around the filaments to pull out and take it as a new stitch to left needle. This process is repeated 11 times!! No, nicht nur 10mal! Die Extramasche braucht man um sie als Übergang oder Verbindung bei der Knopflochanschlußstelle über die nächste Masche zu stülpen.

The first (slipped) stitch will be passed over the second (i.e. bound off). And with the same method we will bind off 10 stitches altogether. Turn your work. The working yarn will be hanging to the left. We will now take it up again. Insert the needle between the last two stitches, make a loop of the working yarn around the needle and take it to the front in order to make a new stitch. Repeat this processs 11 times! No, not only 10 times!! The extra stitch is needed as a connection to the closing point of the button hole to put over the next stitch.

That was a few words, the single row button hole. Knit a few rows above and control if it looks like a button hole. With uncertainty instead look again at the video of www.knittinghelp.com , the perfect side information for many other knitting mysteries.

That was the concise version of the one-row button hole. Knit a few rows over it and check to see Whether it looks like a button hole. If you're not sure, go check out the video from www.knittinghelp.com , the perfect site for explanations on knitting mysteries.

Equipment:
Ca. 200-300g wool with the length of 200m/100g (to work depending on how many button holes), a 120 cm long circular needle force 5, a stitch marker.

Equipment: g

Approximately 200-300 g of wool with the yardage of about 200 m / 100 (depending on how many button holes shoud be in it), one 120 m long circular knitting needles size 5 mm ; one stitch marker.

The exact instructions for my red knit Wrap:

The distribution of the buttonholes, so I made them is not mandatory and not identical with the first wrap. Distributes them according to your own taste sensation. Very nice also symmetrically placed holes would look like two rows, or build you a huge button holes at the points in order to use them as armholes.

The exact knitting instruction for my red Wrap:

The distribution of the button holes as I did it is not strictly Necessary and it is not even identical to my first wrap. Just distribute them according to your taste. Symmetrically distributed holes in every second row would also look very pleasing. Or just put in giant buttonholes in the proper places and use those as arm holes.

stop 210 stitches on two needles in the color of Sleeping Beauty.
hold the stop just as you would close the round and start from the fixed stop edge 210 also meshes. On the needles now are 420 stitches and a rotation is apparent. Beginning and end of the round with a stitch mark.

Cast on 210 stitches

over 2 needles in the colourway "Sleeping Beauty". The cast-on should be held as though you're going to join for the round, pick up and knit another 210 stitches from the cast-on edge. There should be 420 stitches on the needles altogether. You should be able to see a twist. Mark the beginning and the end of the round with a stitch marker.

Such is the Mobius in during the development, an overwhelming Wollnestchen

The Moebius looks like this while it is being knit up to unmanageable nest wool.

Mobius from behind and as a detail

Moebius from behind and as detailed

The detail image would be not necessary and is very fuzzy, but I just find it hot like chili.

The detail photo would not be Necessary and it is out of focus, but I think that it's as hot as chili!

With my clever sayings of the Blossom Feet I spare you. Begin simply and knitting problems, I try to help.

I'm going to exempt you from my Feet clever dicta about Blossom. Just cast on and if you have problem, I'll help you out.

Spinning Bicycle Table

game market activity

long has it been since I wrote the last entry. No, the winner did not rise to fame to me head and I also think it is not like James Dean in order to connect if it is ok. Rather, I'm like these guys the time constant "On tour".

It's been a long time ever since I've written the last post No, the winner gleam did not go to my head and I do not intend to follow in James Dean standing down at the height of it all At the moment I'm more like these guys, being constantly "on tour".

Now I understand better why they look like they look, the traveling folk leads a strenuous life. Not only in my Färbehandschuhen material fatigue can be observed, with me too.

Now I understand why they look like as they look like. These folks have quite a hard life. Not only is material lassitude noticeable on my dyeing gloves, but the fatigue is so apparent on myself.

Oh I am not complaining! In my wildest dreams I would have previously never imagined the things that can be packed with experiences in a few short days, that each market is different from the other and despite the best preparation you can experience surprises. From the boiling radiator in a traffic jam on arrival, to degradation in the dark in the rain last month everything was there. Loud greetings from friends that one unfortunately rare, and only looks at the events. Stimulating and fascinating encounters with Wollsüchigen, as I myself yes auch bin, finde ich am allerschönsten und so redet man den ganzen Tag und die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug.

Oh, I'm not complaning! In my wildest dreams I would never have been able to imagine all the kinds of experiences that can be packed in to the last few days; that each individual market would be so different from one another and that there will be surprises even with good planning. Everything was there in the last month, from a boiling cooling unit in traffic jam at arrival time to disassembling and packing up in the rainy darkness. Greetings from friends who you unfortunately get to see only too seldomly and only at exhibitions. The greatest ones are those exciting and great meetings with wool-addicts - like the one that I am -, and you ended up talking the whole day and the time just flew by.

come to shooting, I very rarely had to hold these images but I. Young people on wool baskets! The two young men bought the "frog" for a wool cap, rather only one of them, while the second supported advice. Real casual guys!

I hardly got around to taking photos, but I had to take these. Youngsters hovering over yarn baskets! The two young men bought "frog" for a beany, well, actually only one of them, while the second was supportively giving advice. Really great guys!

You see, I do not get bored. Möbius my promise, I think, however, the coils are wound and yesterday evening I started the first course to strike.

As you can see, I do not get bored. I'm still keeping my promise for the Moebius; the last skeins are wound and evening, I started to cast-on the first stitches.

Lacunar Infarct Thalamus Symptoms

Möbiuswrap

Before I my new theme, the Möbiuswrap dedicated, want to get rid of me this once before here.

fervently

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK

to all those who chose my socks and the lovely comments on my blog and wrote in the competition.

Before I start off with my new topic, the Moebius Wrap, I would like to get something off my chest ...

ardently:

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

fact, this is the second contest in my life, I won. Winner of the Würschtlschnappen on children's birthday does not count. The first competition concerns "the ugliest part of knitting" in the knitting Liesl.

Actually that's the second competition in my life that I've won. Being the winner at "catching the sausage" on a children's birthday party does not count. The first competition was about "the most ugliest knit item" knitting with the puppet.

Wischmöppchen

Cleaning mop

(this picture is the original, which was disposed of, pretty close)

This picture is pretty close to the original one Which has already been disposed of.

Wischmöppchen was really horrible and the perfect bad planning. Once there was a long train, made of genuine felted kidmohair be for a vest. Left with a fluffy little remained in grayish blue / green.

Cleaning mop was really horrible and it was a totally bad planning. It should have been one long line for a running vest, felted out of precious kid mohair. What came out of it was a fluffy-something in a greyish blue-green.

The Blossom Feet I gave myself quite a bit of trouble with the instructions, even if it was not perfect because important facts were missing. The yarn used was not Neufärbung, but a wild handle the remains in boxes. Company clusters were the Sultan, Prince of Peppermint and Wild Poppy, common in the traditional Norwegian and Sounds of "lice pattern involved.

With the instruction for Blossom Feet I really gave my best, even though it was not absolutely completed because some of the important facts were missing. The yarn that I used was not a new colourway but, just a wild card from the remnant box. The skeins were involved Sultan, "pattern Louse" Peppermint Prince and Wilder Mohn, knit together in stripes and in the traditional Norwegian.

a second. In Antje I saw this color combination that pleases me incredibly well. I changed only the Indian Red against fiery chili.

the second one. I saw this color combination over at Antje and I really like it. I'm only swapping the Indian red with the fiery chili.

I knitted my Möbiuswrap without measure and target. Anleitungslos, in blind zeal and without taking notes. to practice goal really was just "one row button holes" . Currently I am fascinated with button holes and short rows in all variations and applications.

I knit my Moebius Wrap without any measurement or any goals. Pattern-less, in blind fervor and without making any notes. The goal was actually to practice making the "one-row button holes" . At the moment I'm pretty fascinated by button holes and short-rows in all variations and usage possibities.

are you agree? As soon as I interested in helping out an issue "knit" I am determined. Lifting stitch patterns available since the Blumenbeetsocken Angela so high on my Ausprobierliste, closely followed by two-tone patent and repeated Filzversuchen after I remembered the above-mentioned cleaning rags fiasco.

Is it the same with you? As soon as I'm interested in a topic, I "knit" myself into it. Slip stitch patterns has been on the top of my priority list try-out ever since the Blumenbeetsocken from Angela. It is closely follwoed by two-toned brioche and repeated the experiments after felting I was reminded of that fiasco cleaning utensil from above.

Lots Of Phlegm But No Cold

blossom mon

The emergence of the "blossom feet", or even the ordinary
Blütenfuß vulgaris called

The genesis of the "Blossom Feet", or more commonly known as the "Budding foot vulgaris.

I do not know if the weather gods with all of us felt good or bad, as he time the start of the holiday ending the scorching heat. At least I used the time to knit flowers instead of looking after the living specimens. Blossom with my feets I do with the competition and the craziest summer sock.
crazy summer socks do

I know Whether the Weather God is being good or bad to us when he decided to end the scorching heat right at the beginning of my vacation. At least I used the time to knit blossoms instead of taking care of the real-life samples. I'm entering the crazy summer socks Blossom contest with my feet.

I find great contests! Easy to get a topic to think about how to implement it, see what others make of it and pursue different directions (which I would not personally have dreamed). My favorites are the lilies of the valley socks, have you ever seen more erotic socks? Where can be sock + Adult probably not contradictory, right?
throat clearing, we leave this topic.

I think that the contest is great! Just to get topic, to ponder about it and think about how to put it together, to see how the others are interpreting it and ending up in different directions (Which directions would never have occurred to me). My favorites are the Lily of the Valley Socks. Have you ever seen any socks that are more erotic than those? Although socks + erotic just can not be any more different, right?
* sighs * Let us just change the topic.

floral In my tinkering, I tried to keep the development in writing, to be able to knit if only for the reason a second sock and I do not just rely on my memory to have. It was difficult!
oute Even I myself as a great critic, knitting instructions, on almost every guide I have some fault. Reumütig und kleinlaut werde ich in Zukunft etwas leiser damit sein.
Was erwartet Ihr von einer Anleitung?

I tried to put down the development of my finicky bloomy job in writing, even just for the purpose of being able to knit up the twin sock without having to rely only on my memories. It was hard! I have to declare that I'm a big critique of written patterns myself; I always find something to complain about in almost all written pattern. Repentant and meek, I now know better and won't be so outspoken about it again in the future.
So, what do you expect from a pattern?

Ich liebe anschauliche and self-explanatory pictures.
Knappe apt explanations and instructions, without distracting from the essential.
Designs and no lengthy pattern written series.
With these good intentions, I try my fortune and document
the development of blossom feets

I love clear and self-explained pictures.
Concise and spot on explanation and instructions that do not distract you from the essentials.
charts without all the long written out pattern rows for rows.
With all these intentions in mind, I'm going to try my luck and document the birth of Blossom Feet

The first triangle is now finished. Knit the second and third triangles using the same pattern as the first triangle. In the second picture I used different colors for each triangle that builds up the-half circle in order to show you the process more clearly.

The second semi-circle stitch is knitted with 9-16, the third with 17-24 mesh etc. are 7 to semicircle and involved all the ailing 56 stitches were .

The second half-circle is knit with 9-16 stitches. The third with 17-24 stitches and so forth and so on, until there are 7 half-circles altogether and all the CO 56 stitches are knit.

The final semi-circles on a Needle:

The finished half-circle on a needle:

With an empty needle now the first 8 stitches are lifted, they extend to the center of a semicircle. From the edge of the second half to knit 8 stitches.

The first eight stitches are then slipped with an empty needle, this should go to about the middle of the half-circle. Knit 8 stitches from the edge of the second half.

The next 8 stitches are removed with a third needle and folded to the left.

The next eight stitches are then slipped with a needle and then folded Third to the left.

Now the half-circles are overlapping before a while 2 needles together.

The half-circlees are now laid on another and overlapped at the same time the 2 needles are beside each other.

Of these two needles with 8 stitches of the "three needle bind off method together right knitted but not cast off.

eight stitches from these two needles are going to be knit together with the "three-needles bind off" method but, do not bind off the stitches.

contact work and knit 8 stitches right

turn the whole work and knit 8 stitches.

can now again 8 stitches from the edge of the next circle knitting and be in the same manner as described just now, are knitted together overlapping.

Now you can knit another 8 stitches from the edge of the next circle pattern, folding them and then knitting them together following the above.

If all half-circles are connected to the circuit must be closed. But knitting is the last and the first 8 stitches together overlapping. The 56 stitches I distributed evenly on four needles and took in the first round shaft to 2 stitches per needle yet.

The circle should be closed when all the circles are joined together. To do this, you knit the last and the first eight stitches overlapped together. The 56 stitches are distributed evenly over four needles / DPNs. You will therefore need to increase two stitches each on needles in the first round of knitting.

should the final Flower border look like. Be flexible if this is not so and is happy to have you created something new.

And the finished edge should look Blooming Sun Be flexible when it's not exactly like the picture and just be happy that you have created something new!

offended strawberries

Offended strawberries make

friends, a few walls in the house to give new color ........
rich for two weeks? Certainly not, but it sure is a quiet time will be filled with nothing but beautiful activities.

meeting with friends, bring on some fresh colors on the wall ...
Would two weeks be sufficient? More than probably not, but it definitely will be a quiet time filled with lots of fun activities and beautiful.

I remember last summer when I was on the way to Verona the 87th Fish or so for my knitted blanket shown above, and wonder where are they?

Where are all the fish last summer?

I still remember the last summer when I knitted the 87th or so fish on my way to Verona for my blanket shown above and now I'm asking myself where they are?

Where are all the fish from last summer? saw

processed into colorful blankets, bags and pillows I grow the plants, but never got the final pieces to the face. is guaranteed it because I'm not so frequent blogs and easy completions missed (also determines the swearing at the sewing of the thousand threads)

I saw them worked into a colorful blanket, bag and pillows and I saw the works grew. However I never get to see the FOs. I can guarantee you that it must be because I do not go around reading the blogs and so I missed all the finishings (and probably I also missed all the while swearing darning in thousands of ends).

My blanket was ridiculed often and thoroughly. That gives me but not much because I am proud to have this work brought to an end. It appealed to me many many of my colors to mix and experiment. In the living room floor they lay, as acurately filter in the fish market just fragrant blocked, and for days the tread. Too bad then that I made no pictures.

My blanket has been a means of an abundance of jokes. But it did not matter to me because I'm proud to have finished this piece. It drove me to mix up all my colors together and to just try it out. It lies on the living room floor as accurately as fish can be arranged at a fish market and blocked the way for days on end. It's a shame that I did not take any photos.

quite as flashy colors in reality not

The colors are not that loud in reality.

Will there be a second fish ceiling?

NO

Would there be a second fish blanket?

NO

addendum to Tango Rock:

Addendum to the Tango Skirt:

Thanks for the nice comments! Of course, I still like to tell something about the origin and show relentless looser images. Well that is the white temporary elastic shine through in these pictures still do not see. It was clearly too hot the last few days around the city to look for more professional equipment.

Thank you for all the nice comments! Of course I'll tell you more about its genesis and I'll show you more photos. It's good that you can not see the makeshift elastic band peeping through in these pictures. It has been too hot in the down town last few days to go find a more professional accessory.

As you can see clearly, I was knitting the skirt is not just high, but with a taper at the waist. It is not rocket a well-fitting knit skirt.

As you can see cleary, I did not knit the skirt straight up, but with a bit of an age-reducing help around the waist. It's no Hocus Pocus to knit a good and fitting skirt.

The basic rule:

The basic rules:

most energetic show your body around the hips and waist (in the best possible case is to detect a difference). The length from the waist up to the sexiest body should be about 15-20 cm, distribute the decrease or increase (depending on whether the top or bottom knitted) evenly. The remaining length up to the hem is just knitted. Important in knitted skirts, please feed them, otherwise "stick" to the Rock! As bad is not it, take the same measurements as in the rock and give knitting for about 2 cm to the side. The excess width is cheating off the federal government by darts or folds down. Rock and lining are sewn right sides together turned over, a second seam below allows the tunnel for the elastic. Please do not forget the Futtersaum with a slit to install, from time to time but it has woman parts and would like to run, not walk.

Measure your company's area around the hips and the waist (in the most Favourable condition there should be some noticeable difference). The length of the waiste to the firmest part should be about 15-20 cm. Distribute the increases or decreases evenly (depending on whether you're kntting from the top or from the bottom). The rest of the length until the hemline will be knit straight. The important thing about a knitted skirt is to line it, otherwise the skirt will "stick"! It's not that hard! Take the same measuremeant like with the knitted skirt and allow about 2 cm extra on the side. The extra width can be concealed with a band using darts or clever creases. Skirt and linings will be sewn together turned over on the correct side, a second seam lower allows a tunnel for the elastic band. Don't forget to build in a slit for walking room down at the lining seam. Sometimes a girl can be in a hurry and has to run instead of just walking.

Dear Karen You ask for patterns and whether I myself thinking up. The pattern for the skirt so, the knitting pattern I got myself but for basic knitting books. I do not think that there is a ploy that was never crocheted, knitted errors even when this is so. It is so nice with good tools, that is a well established Stricker knowledge and juggling patterns, themselves. You dare, but bought wonderful knitting books and be inspired and developed further the ideas.

Dear Karen, you asked for the pattern and Whether I've designed it myself. The pattern for the skirt pattern yes, but the knit pattern I got from books. I hardly think that there's a stitch pattern that has never been knitted yet, even with knit failures. It is so beautiful to juggle around with good materials examined as tried-and-true knowledges and knitting patterns yourself. Do not be afraid! Just go out and get those wonderful knitting books and let yourselves be inpired and develop the ideas futh.

Apparently it was a shock that my Babygarn will change. The skirt I already knitting with new yarn and I felt it was better than the original. It is a little thinner, but I regard it as an advantage. Shawls should not weigh as with the weight of "Mühlsäcken" on the shoulders (Oh yes, my siesta I begin my three-week training back training, the book is on the bedside table!) but easy breezy wrap.

Apparently it was a shock that my baby yarn will be substituted. I already knit the skirt with the new yarn and I found it even better than the original. It is a bit thinner but I look at it as an advantage. Shawls should not weigh like potato sacks on the shoulders (oh, and BTW my siesta began with three-weeks training back, the book is on my night table!), But it shoudld wrap up lofty and light around you.

I wish you a beautiful summer August. Think of me as I try to bring acrobatic my spine into shape, policy discussions with my roses and lead at all and anyway!

I wish you all a beautiful August summer. Think of me while I'm trying to take care of my spine with all these acrobatic exercises and making conversions about this and that to my plants and, and, and!
