spam and illegal content
who regularly visit our forums is also regularly Postings are the earning potential fraudulent promise or link collections contain pornographic sites.
delete such postings, we fairly quickly, but the forum they hurt nonetheless - and that might well be the primary purpose of these posts, because the IPs can be seen that the spam settings are the same users, in discussions anonymously express their opposition to the project term. The
since 1 March 2007 which came into force Tele Media Act prohibits § 6 paragraph 2, the concealment or disguise of the sender and the commercial nature of the message. The violation of the prohibition is punishable as a misdemeanor with a fine.
Our moderators
-existence is indeed voluntary, but this voluntary work is not synonymous with the agreement to bother with spam and can steal from the spam-authors of time as this respect it is not a thing of mere voluntary.
The deletion of spam with illegal contents on our political interest in the seriousness of the project beyond both our obligation under the above Act. We are liable as a forum, for the illegal posting of third parties.
Such a forum is not a "legal vacuum".
Therefore, the deletion of spam not a "hobby", but to us through the spam settings forced labor. Fully be clear the spam-authors must, therefore, that when we suffer because of their spam or other offenses in the forum to a complaint by other users in turn, will report even criminal charges against the perpetrators.
In the now almost ten years of the project, we are reimbursed several criminal charges. Three times the prosecution was taken. Of these, two were successful in the first case led to the seizure of the computers in the second case, the seizure addition to a criminal conviction. As to the third complaint
run the investigation since December 2007. The case is different in that the offense while in our web project has its cause, but took place outside the Internet.
are in contrast to the beginnings of the Internet and our very early start today, police, prosecutors and judges in criminal matters greatly Internet continues educated, take it more seriously, as well as the laws were tightened. This makes it easier for us to be directly injured to make damage claims as we are already happy in the past had that ever identified and penalized.
Nevertheless, we would have at that time the civil damages to claim, and thus may contribute to the development of law, but in that respect I was, unfortunately, "less in principle" because my weal and woe are not dependent on that I "Anyway, poor eaters" more money out of drag.
But such restraint is wrong, because that neglect such thugs only worsened their behavior. Therefore, I would at least quantify in future cases the cost of spam in its cancellation fee value and also make the Intangible damages, caused to the reputation of our projects as spam.
will surely lead the complicated arguments, refer to the opposing lawyers the loss of reputation as insignificant, but we will help to develop like copyright infringement packages, a settlement of the Intangible damage makes at least the merits of the rule.
In short, whether we counter illegal posting of content to delete, edit or display them, is initially always our risk as a forum, but not an excuse for the perpetrators of such postings. Then we point out regularly, but even without such notice changes to the legal position for the perpetrators of such postings not because they are facing the risk of prosecution even in the moment of illegal postings, which is why it is silly when replies in the interviews is: "That they all did so."
No project, we can not, especially in those discussions, the abused often enough as an extension of criminal wars will ensure that everyone is held responsible. We can at best, what we do: make one or the other that stands us in and out of punishment. The fact that this will in faith is to be done him wrong, because others are not liable, he could have been avoided by adding he would have either helped us to discuss with such - or he would have had to say goodbye just completely out of our discussions. That's how it is
Man "may therefore continue to abuse our forums, but they" may "not. That is the reason for the criminality and the damages, while the fact that someone is not the only thug in the world not be a reason for impunity.

Wild Thing
This question has last year not only me. In May and figured I tried to end the perfect pool to knit socks, see here:
This question has not been bothering me since last year only. I even tried back in May to knit the perfect sock that pool, look:
With 17 stitches, knit one stitch to the right and crossed the first left, I scored a nice profit (but far too lengthy for me). But what if you like simple socks, plain knit, with 68 stitches and would like the socks too far be? Some knitters, it will work out and I envied them hot.
With 17 stitches (on each of the four needles), knit one stitch through the back loop and purl the next one, I got quite a nice result (but way too boring for me). What if you just like plain stockinette stitch socks 68 stitches but just turn out too big for you? With some knitters, it turns out fine and I'm really jealous of that.
Ewa's http://www.ewas-sockenwolle.de/ made it possible. They calculated a sophisticated system, how to dye wool socks to get a wild pattern. Meanwhile, she published two knitting books, this one here to my favorite sock knitting books basis.
Ewa from http://www.ewas-sockenwolle.de/ had made it possible. She calculated an ingenious system that tells you how to dye the sock yarn so Patt that you will get a variegated. In the meantime, she has published two books knitting. This one here counts as one of my favorite books for sock knitting basics.
On page 56, the Boomerangferse is explained in detail. This heel should be used for the gradient not to interfere. Ewa also told me that it is very useful is the heel to start a new thread and left for the thread from the shaft. I hope that was expressed to some extent understandable.
On page 56 she explains in detail the short-row heel. You should use this technique in order to heel not interrupt the pattern color. Ewa therefore gave me the tip that it would be very wise to knit the heel with a new yarn, ie from the other end, and to just leave the working yarn "live" on the leg of the sock. I hope that's comprehensible.
Ehrlich, in mathematical formulas hurts my head, I tried the "savage calculation" does not me the chance came to help. A test train, with the unusual diameter of 156 cm, turned out to be the perfect "Poolingmaß.
Seriously, I get headaches from mathematical formulas, I did not try the "wild calculation", chance just came as a helping hand. A test with the hank unorthodox diametre of 156 cm turned out to be the perfect "pooling measurement".
from the sample train was a large shipment of my new 80/20 sock yarn. Now I have two different varieties 80/20 sock yarn in order to distinguish them can I gave them names. "Twin" is the new look and feel of quality and produces a twin of superwash sock yarn. My previous 80/20 sock yarn is now called "fluffy". The translation for "fluffy" is fluffy and that word best characterizes this yarn.
hank The test turned to be a big delivery of my new sock yarn 80/20. Now I have two kinds of sock yarns 80/20. In order to be able to tell the differences between the two of them, I gave them names. "Twin" is the new version of the 80/20. It looks and feels to the touch, like the 100% superwash sock yarn. My older version of the 80/20 sock yarn is now called "Fluffy" because "fluffy" is the best explanation for the character of the older sock yarn 80/20.

plan was something very different, the goal was to capture Klimt. After I introduced you my guys, I received many suggestions which artists interpret I should. Also present was the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, a very bold request!
I actually had something totally different planned in my mind The goal was to capture the spirit of Klimt. After I've introduced my boys to you the last time, there was next to influx of suggestions as to Which artists I should try interpreting. The ceiling of the Sistine Chapel was even suggested ... a very venturesome wish!
Frequently I read the name of Klimt also grabbed me and my ambition is at least trying. Klimt is for me the old Vienna of the turn of the century, patinated brass handles, Art Nouveau baths with jade green and chipped tiles in a morbid mood.

bomb alert - The Cursed
I think bomb alert was mentioned here at all? I hate guitar solos even normally like the plague. Not for nothing (and others) were so punk. But just here and there are also in the punk music laudable exceptions where it will fit easily. And one of these exceptions is this nice little song, where it is actually the last minute and a half fiddled most pleasant way.

Bifold Door Mechanism
Paul, Emil, Vincent and Francis
My boys have been waiting since fall to their big show like the old debutante. They are not shy, they do not need a red carpet. Galant reserved and, as can be expected of gentlemen, they gave me the time and did not take himself too seriously.
My little guys have been waiting for their big premiere since Autumn like their big sisters. They are not shy, but they do not really need a red carpet either. Chivarous and reserved as one would have expected from gentlemen, they gave me their time and were not being pushy.
The fault was not really Paul, although he behaved pretty stubborn. Personally, I find, however, that the wait was worth to Paul. He is my favorite, not only in wool.
It really was not Paul's fault even, though he was being somewhat annoying. Personally, I think that the wait was worth it for Paul. He is my favorite and not only because of the wool.
order to unravel the mystery of my boys, everybody has a Expressionists as a father. A few months ago I saw a documentary about Paul Gauguin, he has always been one of my favorite painters. As he was human? No idea, probably difficult to but for that I could sink into his pictures. A pronounced Expressionist he is not, but a forerunner of this.
In order to disclose the secrets about my guys: Each one has an artist as his father. A few months ago, I saw a documentary about Paul Gauguin and since then he's become one of my favorite artists. How was he as a person? No idea, probably a difficult one, but in exchange I could just submerge myself in his paintings. He is not seeking to exceptional Expressionist but he's a companion to the movement.
This documentary reminded me and gave me the most obvious thoughts come even capture those colors. New is nothing in this idea, many people tried already in one or the other way. Frankly it is much easier to imitate even brilliant color combinations, half the work of thinking is already done. Forgive me that I gave the benefit once, and here they are!
The documentary took my thoughts to flight and reminded me to try and catch these colors myself. There is not anything new to such an idea, a lot of people have already tried it in one way or another. To be honest, it's actually a lot more ingenious trying to mimic the color combination. Half of the work had already been thinking done. So, please excuse me that I let myself fall into this indulgence.
Vincent is probably the Most famous and everyone immediately thinks of his famous sunflower and the cut ear. Completely out off topic: I once grew a an earring and was agony again cut out, which I lost a year later to the bad on a ski slope near Garmisch. Seeking still the Osterfelder afterwards. Ears cut off, why!
Vincent is probably the most famous of all and everyone would immediately think back to his famous Sunflowers and the cut-off ear. Absolutely off the topic: Once, the skin on my ear had grown over an earing that I wore and the earing had to be cut out under investigation in near agony and then I ended up losing the earing a year later on the ski slope Garmisch. I still look for It on the Easter field. Cutting out ears, then why at all?
not unduly Vincent is so well known! In the Musée d'Orsay I saw in a small space so familiar to us his works. They hung wall to wall with Paul Gauguin's art and the brilliance of his pictures was incredible, I never saw such colors. Other hand, Paul looked pale (which struck me very much).
Anyhow, Vincent is famous for nothing. I saw some of his well-known works in the Musée d'Orsay. They were hanging side-by-side on the wall with works by Paul Gauguin and the brilliance of the colors of his paintings was incredible just. I never saw searchable colors again. In contrast, Paul's works just seemed so pale (in my humble opinion).
When I think of Vincent's pictures, I do not see yellow flowers in vases or the pretty garden iris (no red beard). At the most memorable for me was the midnight blue Petrol and warm ocher on his night cafe.

With these socks, I tried the "Fire Starter" by Yarnissima. It was the attempt and was quite another matter. Despite the perfectly prepared and easy to follow instructions I needed all my concentration to understand for me at this new knitting. The design of the tip and this unconventional solution heels fit like a glove and I will keep practicing. Why not Fire Starter Fire Starter been? I do not knit braids! Never! Too bad eh, braids because I really liked, especially these ingenious little fine Zopfornamente.
I was TRYING out the "Fire Starter" from Yarnissima with these socks. It stayed as a try-out and became something totally different. Despite the perfect written out and easy-to-understand pattern, I still needed my whole concentration in order to comprehend this kind of knitting Which was wholly new to me. The direction for the toe and the unconventional solution to the heel make a perfect and I will still have to practice. But why did not Firestarter become Fire Starter? I do not do cables! Never ever! Actually pretty unfortunate, because I actually quite like cables, especially clever these small cables.
"Ta Matete," the harmonious translation for "the market". South Sea or dropouts romance is not really my thing, but the colors of the South with a touch of sadness and reflection, the clean lines, you feel like completeness and has nothing cheap in itself, almost religious? Better way I can not express Perhaps you understand what I mean. Imagine the dimensions if we could integrate apart from colors and shapes, sounds and smells.

Perhaps it is enough so even a tiny trip to Giverny? You already know Monet's garden, the bridge at the lily pond, the little pink house with dark green shutters, the quietschgelbe dining room with Japanese prints and the charming service. A little tip, next to the Musée d'Orsay is not (yet? Is 10 years past) a small shop that offers this service. Why did not I did not buy it! In Monet's kitchen, or rather of his wife, flashed copper kettle and I could not imagine how close the annual banana for Christmas was stirred in it. There exists a book with the recipes, some of which I tried, for our contemporary taste but they are too generous.
Perhaps there might be enough time for a tiniest of the tiniest excursion to Giverny? You know, Monet's garden, the bridge over the lotus pond, the small pale pink house with the dark green vitrines, the yellow dining room with the Japanese and the fascinating diagrams of China. A small tip, directly beside where Musée d'Orsay stands (still? It's been about 10 years already), there's a small shop that sells these Chinas. Why didn't I buy it?! Copper kettle shone in Monet's kitchen, or rather his wife's, and I could really imagine how banana ice-creme would be mixed in there every Christmas. There is also a book with all the recipes. I have tried some of them, but they are far too rich for our tastes nowadays.

Franz
Mit Franz ist Fanz M arc gemeint. Bei diesem Maler orientierte ich mich an keinem speziellen Bild, eher am G esamteindruck. Als Mitglied der Künstlergruppe "Blauer Reiter" is a myth for me at this time and these people. In my "storm and stress years," I loved the Lenbach house in Munich and Gabriele Münter home in Murnau. Pure decadence and revolutionary thinking that I liked! Probably at that time the horses went with me through my imagination as I imagined opium wild parties on plump sofas Art Nouveau. Egon Schiele? To me at that time was too crass.
When I'm talking about Francis, then I'm talking about Franz Marc here. I was not orientating on a special painting with this artist, but rather with a whole concept. Franz, as a member of the group of artist "Blauer Reiter" creates such a myth for me about the people and the time period. Lenbach I loved the house here in Munich during my "Sturm und Drang" years, or even Gabriele Munter's House in Murnau. Pure decadence and revolutionary thinking! I like that! Perhaps my fantasy took flight when I imagined about wild parties on crude opium Art Nouveau settee. Egon Schiele? He was too much for me back then.

Some paintings have a magical attraction, they are timeless, dramatic, lively and always modern. I'm not doing with this image. Such as Claude Monet, Emil Nolde have been an enthusiastic gardener. I rgendwie I can not understand it, f ÜR feel me, the "wild poppy red, red red" uncontrolled on (is not there great pictures).
Some paintings just magically draw on me. They are timeless, dramatic, lively and always modern. And it was like that with this painting for me. Like Claude Monet, Emil Nolde was supposed to be quite an enthusiastic gardener. Somehow I could not really follow that. For me, the "wild red poppy, red, red" seems to radiate lace of control (which is good with paintings).
gardeners are humble and patient, i st it not so? As it is gardeners and fine artists behave I do not know.
Gardeners are humble and patient, are not they? However, I do not know what the gardeners amongst the artists are actually like.

Paul
"Ta Matete," the most harmonious translation for "the Market". South Seas romantic Romantic or dropout is not really my thing but the colors of the South along with a bit of melancholy and meditativeness and the clear lines just feel like completeness and have nothing to do with cheapness. Almost religious? But one can not express it more beautifully than that. Perhaps you understand what I mean. Just imagine the dimensions if, apart from colors and forms, so we could weave together sounds and smells.
If Paul knew that he ended up as a sock.
If Paul only knew that he ended up as socks.

That was my little excursion into the realm of color art. O b I was successful is in the eye of the beholder, but it made a lot of fun. Effusions hear about art is always plenty of pathetic, lacking the right adjectives or have already been used too often. It is and remains a gray area for experts and ignorant, what matters is whether you like it or not and that is always subjective.
That was my small excursion into the world of the art of colors. Whether I succeeded depends on the observer, but it was a lot of fun for me. Talks about art always sound so lofty: Either the right adjectives often are missing or they are used too. It is and will still stay as a gray zone for both connoisseurs and layperson. The important thing is Whether you like it or not ... and that is always subjective.
