eLearning Designed Following a Specific Instructional Model

Every term when I come up to tell the students of my lecture ("eTeaching skills") a bit about instructional design theories and models I again and again start to look up various databases hoping to find some good examples for learning objects, eLearning courses etc. that are designed following a specific instructional model. E.g.:
  • self study material based on Merrills Instructional Transaction Theory (ITT)
  • an online seminar following a cognitive apprenticeship approach
  • self study material designed following Schank's theory of " failure based learning "
  • ...
Repeatedly without success. Yesterday I had a short conversation about that on this blog entry with very interesting examples for good e-learning material. But again no such material was known. Is any one out there aware of searchable material? If so, please leave a comment. Think it would be very informative for a lot of us to have such a collection.
