..... or the promised July Surprise!
My first hint for this surprise, I was on Ravelry and it said: "There is no wool and some for bad girls." Every woman does not live in a part of a "bad girl"? In me, at least as far back and I do not feel the negative. I do not want you longer in suspense and tell you what is going on with my surprise is.
Every regular studio (even a women's workshop) needs a "little spicy," calendar. (I know a workshop in which Miss February 2007 still fresh and crisp on the wall hangs and never turned over, because it is so beautiful. Ask not ask for what shop was it is!)
"Our men are much more interesting, They're real men!
I received such a calendar as a present for the opening of my new studio back in February, 2008. Our guests, especially the female ones, exchanged glances and there was a silent but unanimous consent in the air:
"Our guys are a whole lot more interesting. They're real men! "
You probably know what I mean, the little laugh lines in the faces of our partners, traces of life that make a person unique and distinctive and our guys are better than any male professional model .

The faces of my workshop calendar has, over the months with Post-It's been deleted and the idea of a "real" calendar was growing up: "Real men with yarn!"
The pages of the studio's calendar were covered bit by bit with little Post-It notes over the months and the idea of a "real" calendar took shape: "Real men with yarn!"
The emergence time may have lasted long, right guys have up their own mind and it took some persuasion, to convince them of their participation and the organization, it is really to do well. The wait was worth it and I'm very proud of every single contributor. In retrospect, I know what it must have meant to each individual. Thanks guys!

The shooting days women were not wanted, what I understand, and had to accept with respect. Although the wooden stairs in the photo studio would have made the perfect platform to assist with cheering cheering the men.

Our guys did a great job even without cheerleaders very well and I think what I learned from the stories, that they even made a little fun. The images were at least first class, or should I say "hot"? Not that I convey a false image, it has been working very seriously, as you can see in the following making of images.
